Reservation and Payments Policy

  1. A deposit of 30% – 50% is required upon reservation. 
  2. Full payment must be made 21 days prior to the date of departure.
  3. Deposit payments do not constitute tour confirmation.
  4. The company reserves the right to forfeit the deposit and/or cancel the reservation if full payment is not made to the company 21 days prior to the date of departure
  5. In order to avoid further fees and surcharges, the company reserves the right to ask for a top-up on the initial deposit in order to secure and issue the air tickets. 
  6. The company reserves the right to issue air tickets without prior notice
  7. Payment shall only be made by Bank Transfer or PayNow QR.
  8. By making a deposit, you and your travel companions are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions

Cancellation Policy

           (i) Cancellation by customer

  1. Cancellation of bookings by customers must be submitted in writing to the company or in person. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

2. Additional cancellation fee applies if an air ticket has been issued to the customer and costs must be borne by the customer. 

           (ii) Cancellation by company

  1. When the cancellation is done by the company, we propose these solutions:
    1. Alternate date of the travel
    2. Alternate destination or tour with similar package cost
    3. Travel Voucher
    4. Full Refund
  1. When there is a cancellation due to force-majeure or unforeseen circumstances such as nature disaster, war, riots, strikes, accidents thereof, the Company and the Customer will discuss the best solution to resolve the situations, such as:
    1. Offer Alternate destinations
    2. reschedule the date of the travel
    3. Other solutions based on the agreement of both parties.

Amendment Policy

           (i)  Amendment by Customer

  1. Customers who are going on the private trip could request to amend the itinerary during the trip; subject to the approval of the guide and/or Hermon Travel Manager.
  2. Cancellation fee under section 2(i) may apply for any amendments made by the customer. Additional cancellation fees may apply.
  3. There will be no amendment of air tickets once it has been issued.

           (ii) Amendment by Company

  1. The Company has the right to amend the itinerary during the trip if there are any unforeseen circumstances. 

Refund Policy

  1. No refund will be made for unused tour components such as accommodation, meals, entrance fee or any other services included in the tour where the customer decided not to join the activity during the trip.
  2. For Tour Cancellation made by the company, a refund will be processed around 4-6 weeks.

Extension of Stay or Deviation

  1. All requests for extension of stay and/or deviation must be submitted before a deposit is made. Once the deposit is made, it is deemed that the customer is travelling according to the itinerary that has been created by the company
  2. The Company will not take any responsibility for customers who overstay or misuse their visa.

General Matters Related to the Tours

  1. Passport validity is minimum six (6) months from the scheduled return date to Singapore.
  2. Visa: Customers may ask our consultant about the visa application. However, the customer holds responsibility to obtain a valid visa before traveling.
  3. The tour will be conducted in English. Unless any specific requirements are made by the customers. Extra charges are applicable.

Travel Insurance Policy

  1. Arrangement of travel insurance coverage is strongly recommended in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as: flight cancellation, trip cancellation, loss of baggage, personal accident, injury, illness, etc. 

Pricing Policy

  1. Our Tour Fare inclusions will be based on what is stated on the brochures.
  2. Our Tour Fare Excludes: Airport Tax (if applicable), Visa Fees, Travel Insurance, Laundry, Excess Baggage charges, beverages, room services, Tipping and personal expenses.
  3. Airlines Ticket may not be included in some of the trip/travel/tour programs. 
  4. Child fare is applicable to children below five (5) years old and based on Twin Sharing accommodation with two adults and no additional bed. Additional charge will be imposed for additional room or additional bed.
  5. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars.

Responsibility

  1. The Company acts as an agent for the carriers, transportation companies, hotels, cruise liners and other principals of the tour package. The Company accepts no responsibility for flight cancellations, delays, theft, quarantine, custom regulations, any injury caused to the customers, loss or expenses incurred by the customers and damage to your belongings where the Company has not been negligent nor in breach of any duty and or where the aforementioned injury, loss, expenses and or damage results directly or indirectly from any occurrence beyond the Company’s control and or including but not limited to the breakdown of equipment, strike, delay, weather, medical reason, theft, quarantine regulation, customs regulation, deportation and or refusal entry by immigration authorities resulting from the possession of illegal and or unlawful items and or holding invalid travel documents and or behavior and or activities are considered subversive by the foreign government concerned.
  2. The failure of the Customer to follow reasonable instructions, including but not limited to check-in and check-out places or times or other cause and the losses and/or expenses resulting therefore shall be borne by the Customer.
  3. The Company reserves the right to:

c.1. Cancel the tour due to a forced majeure situation.

c.2. Alter tour itineraries and arrangements, accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances

  1. No tour guides, tour managers, tour leaders or other employees or agents of the Company are authorised to commit the Company to any liability and the Company shall not be bound by any statement or representation unless it is in writing and signed by a Management Executive of the Company. 
  1. All verbal agreements must be stated in writing and duly signed by the Manager.
  2. All tour fares for the respective tour packages are correct at the time of reservation. The Company reserves the right to revise the tour fares and to determine the date of commencement of such revised tour fares.

Complaint Procedure

  1. Should you encounter an inconvenient situation during your tour, kindly inform the Hermon Travel Tour Manager or the local guide immediately.
  2. If the matter was not resolved locally, please submit a feedback to Hermon Travel in writing within fourteen (14) days from the date of return. It is important to provide us with the information quickly. Please quote your booking reference number and all relevant information. 

Confidentiality data and information

  1.  By making a reservation with Hermon Global Travel PTE. LTD. The customer consent to the use of their personal information for the company and its third-party companies not limited to airline companies, hotels, guides and drivers to make the necessary reservations.
  2. We will comply with the Singapore Laws and Regulations about data protection and privacy.
  3. You consent to us collecting, using, and disclosing photographs and videos of you and all persons within your travel group, for the purpose of including in our advertising and publicity materials and programmes (such as brochures). Notwithstanding the foregoing portion of this Clause, any traveller who wishes to withdraw his or her consent to our collection or use of any photographs or videos that may feature such traveller, may notify us at info@hermontravel.asia, whereupon we will endeavour, as soon as reasonably practicable, to remove any reference to such traveller from our advertising and publicity materials and programmes, provided always that we shall not be liable to recall or change any such materials or programmes which have already been produced, publicly distributed or disseminated by us prior to receiving such notification; and upon receipt of such notification.

Sanctuary Phinisi Yacht Terms & Conditions

A 50% down payment is required to confirm your charter, with the balance due 60 days prior to departure. Any cancellation made 60 days or more before departure will result in forfeiture of the down payment, while cancellations made less than 60 days prior to departure will forfeit 100% of the total payment.
